- A tip: a documented case of police or government misconduct, with at least one real source (news article, court filing, public record, or body-cam footage).
- A correction: if something we published is inaccurate or out of date, tell us what’s wrong and point us to your source.
- A removal request: if you believe a case should not have been published, explain why — we review every request against the original source before making a change.
We manually review every tip and will only publish cases backed by a real, checkable source — consistent with the standard for everything else on this site.
