Officer Jason Rogers of the Stow Police Department (Middlesex County, Massachusetts) is accused of improperly accessing Flock camera data on someone he knew on at least five occasions, running vehicle information for no legitimate law enforcement reason. The town initiated proceedings to terminate Rogers, with an employment hearing held August 26, 2026, and the police department filed a criminal complaint forwarded to the Middlesex County District Attorney’s Office. Following the controversy, Stow cut ties with Flock Safety entirely and removed the automated license plate readers from town.
